Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days from our atelier in Envigado, Colombia. Orders placed on weekends or Colombian holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. We ship worldwide through trusted carriers including Coordinadora, Servientrega, DHL and FedEx.

Delivery estimates begin once the order has been dispatched. Transit times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays or local holidays. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes determined by the destination country — these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.
Customs & Duties (International)
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. By Angelica Sanabria has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Any such fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. By Angelica Sanabria does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any items, including sale items. Each piece is carefully inspected and prepared before being dispatched.
By placing an order you acknowledge and accept that you are not entitled to a refund or exchange for any reason other than those strictly required by applicable consumer law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will evaluate each case individually and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement where applicable.
Lost or Undelivered Shipments
Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the recipient. We are not liable for lost, stolen or misdelivered packages, but we will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier whenever possible.
